To help you determine the billable time for warranty repairs, we’ve put together a guide for the WIA and Miller equipment range.

Please note that labour and parts are covered under warranty only*. For services that fall outside of warranty the customer should be billed directly. All warranty repairs are to be approved by Welding Industries of Australia prior to work being started. For warranty approval email services@welding.com.au, one approved we'll issue a repair file number for the job. If the job is not approved for warranty repair, the work is to be charged to and paid by the customer. If this is the case please provide the customer with an estimated cost prior to starting any work. *Admin time is not included under warranty.
