FabCOR Edge Ni1

Metal Cored MIG Wire

The FabCOR Edge Ni1 has virtually no silicon deposits at weld bead tow lines, excellent gap bridging capabilities, higher deposition rates and travel speeds than solid wire and good impact toughness at low temperatures. Increasing productivity, the FabCOR Edge Ni1 reduces clean up time, minimises the risk of inclusions and burn through and resists cracking in severe applications.

HIGH STRENGTH LOW ALLOY STEELS

STRUCTURAL FABRICATIONS

HEAVY EQUIPMENT

NICKEL-MOLYBDENUM STEELS

WEATHERING STEELS

High Deposition Rates

High Deposition Rates

The FabCOR Edge Ni1 produces higher deposition rates than solid wire resulting in higher travel speeds and lower overall costs.

Low Spatter

Low Spatter

The FabCOR Edge Ni1 produces little spatter, reducing clean up time and improves productivity.
